Senior Workflow Automation Software Engineer

You will develop modern workflow automation solutions using Flowable, Camunda, or CIB 7, including process modeling, front-end/back-end logic, interfaces, and data integration

You will advise our clients on workflow automation and process digitization, conduct workshops, and create business and technical solution concepts

On projects, you’ll work in a small team of 3 to 6 people to develop customized solutions for our clients

You’ll be responsible for the quality, maintainability, performance, and security of the solutions you develop

You’ll mentor less experienced automation engineers, demonstrate best practices, and contribute to the ongoing development of our delivery and development standards

Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or a degree in computer science, plus several years of professional experience in implementing workflow automation solutions

In-depth knowledge of business process automation using BPMN 2.0 workflow engines, primarily Flowable or Camunda / CIB 7

Solid experience in full-stack development with Angular or React, and Java / Java Spring Boot in a cloud-native environment

A reliable, independent, and structured approach to work, combined with a polished, professional demeanor and a passion for advising clients

Willingness to travel to work on-site at various client locations

Must-have: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
