Senior Business Analyst (Project Manager)

You manage software projects using agile or traditional methodologies, taking ownership of planning, forecasting, risk management, and change requests

You gather customer needs in workshops, document requirements, and model business processes using BPMN, supported by AI-powered tools

As the SPOC between the customer and our Product Owners in Switzerland and Vietnam, you plan releases and prioritize the backlog

You develop solution options together with Solution Architects and present and represent them to the customer

You take ownership of test management, including defining test scenarios, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and triaging findings through to final acceptance

A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience at the interface between business and IT, with proven expertise in project management, business analysis, and requirements engineering

Experience in business process modelling using BPMN

Must-have: Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
