Senior Business Analyst (2)

You take overall responsibility for accounting across the mesoneer Group, from day-to-day accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and payment transactions through to the completed monthly closing, ensuring reliable financial figures for managing the business

You actively drive the automation of our finance processes using modern technologies and AI, implementing solutions hands-on while being able to draw on the expertise of our internal specialists whenever needed

You lead and develop a small Accounting and Back Office team from a functional perspective and act as the key point of contact for all accounting and finance-related matters

You oversee project administration in Vertec, invoicing, and dunning, ensuring a smooth process from project setup through to receipt of payment

You prepare management reporting, monitor the budget, and analyse and explain variances

You have a solid educational background in finance and accounting, ideally complemented by a Swiss Federal Diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting or a comparable qualification

You have strong experience in financial accounting as well as monthly and annual closings and are confident in applying Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) accounting standards

You make things happen and drive them forward, are curious, and enjoy learning new things. Your mindset and willingness to learn are at least as important to us as your CV

You are proficient in Abacus and have very strong Excel skills. Experience with data models, Power Query, and Power BI is a plus

You enjoy taking ownership and work independently, in a structured and hands-on manner.

You enjoy developing a small team, sharing your knowledge, and working together to create sustainable, high-quality solutions

You are enthusiastic about AI, have already built your first AI agents or skills, and are eager to apply these technologies effectively in Finance

You have German language skills at C1 level or above, as well as good English skills
